Getting Started with Axle's Copilot
Use an AI agent from within the Axle website without having to configure anything.
Access
Reach out to your Sales point of contact for access.
Opening the window
You will find an "Ask Copilot" button in the top-right of the screen and when hovering over any of the investigation blocks. Using the button that appears on a block will add additional text to the prompt to help point the Agent directly toward what you're looking at.
Available commands
See Getting Started with Axle's MCP server for a list of tools. In addition, you can ask the agent a variety of questions about the data that's in the investigation.
Limits
Each conversation thread is limited to a certain number of tokens. You can see how close to that limit you are via a percentage number next to the alert name in the copilot window - this number will start at 0 and climb to 100%. After the thread is at 100%, you must start a new thread to continue using the copilot feature, which will be available via a "Start new" link at the bottom of the window.
Troubleshooting
The "Ask Copilot" button does not appear
- Ensure that you're logged into the correct account for your organization.
- If your organization has recently gotten access, try clearing cache & cookies in your browser.
- Reach out to your Axle point of contact for assistance.
"You've reached the limit of this conversation."
This is the limit noted above. Please create a new thread to continue using the feature on the investigation you're reviewing.
"Couldn't reach Copilot."
